SHE Luxe Approach

Our approach to each planning partnership is based on creating authentic relationships with our clients and their families. We believe the foundation of any successful event starts with genuine human connection.

SHE Luxe Aesthetic

We focus on creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere for your event. Inspired by natural elements and elevated design concepts, we create depth to your event through layers, textures, and personalized elements for the modern couple.

SHE Luxe Experience

The SHE Luxe planning experience consists of a white glove approach inclusive of three phases. Each phase is meticulously crafted by an experienced team member who focuses on its accuracy, timeliness, and execution.

Phase 01.

Once you've contracted the SHE Luxe team for your planning, we will schedule a kick-off call to discuss your thoughts and dreams for each component of your event. Following the call, our planning team immediately begins sourcing and securing the essential vendors for your event.

These include but are not limited to: catering, entertainment, photography, videography, hair and makeup, accommodations, and transportation. Once secured, the logistical planning as it pertains to each component begins.

Planning & Vendor Sourcing

While phase one is being completed, phase two begins with an initial design call. During this call, we gather as much information from you as possible, in order to fully understand what is most important to you from a design standpoint. From there, our design team expands on your vision by vendor and product sourcing all of the desired components.

This collection of design elements is then presented in a digital multi-page style board for your review. This curated collection includes stationery, florals, linens, rentals, lighting and any other needs specific to your event.

Design & Product Sourcing

Phase 02.

The SHE Luxe team joins together to finalize all vendor details and logistics, creating your day-of timeline, and buttoning up all of the additional details to execute your day seamlessly. During your event, the SHE Luxe planning and design team along with the day-of associates are onsite to ensure a smooth and successful event.
